The Residentialist is a magazine of new construction in Austin, San Antonio, and the Hill Country. Each issue features a small number of homes, spec and custom. Most are on the market when their features run. Features publish as they are ready and are collected into issues.
Every featured home is visited in person by an editor. Each feature includes a record of the products and materials that went into the home.
Features are selected by the editorial team. There is no fee to be featured, and a feature cannot be purchased. Agents, builders, architects, and designers are welcome to submit a home for consideration through the Submissions page.
The Residentialist is published by a small editorial team based in Dripping Springs, Texas.
