Submissions
Each issue features a small number of new builds in and around Austin and San Antonio. Most homes are identified by our editorial team. We also consider submissions from agents, builders, architects, and designers.
New spec and custom homes across a range of styles. We consider the design, the materials, and the quality of construction together. Homes are not selected on photography alone.
Homes that appear to be a fit are visited in person by an editor before a final decision. For selected homes, we request a materials and specifications list from the builder and permission to publish the photography. Every feature runs with the consent of the listing agent and the builder. The photographer, the listing agent and brokerage, the builder, the architect, and the designer are credited. Features are editorial. There is no fee to be featured, and a feature cannot be purchased.
